PROJECT: 3D Anatomy displayed through AR / high quality renders.

IDEA: An ‘image target’ (card) can be used with a mobile phone to display realistic 3D Anatomy in the real world, through the phone’s camera. This can be used for teaching students about different body parts and allows them to interact with the anatomy. Patients can also be shown the body parts by the Doctor in an appointment, or by the GOSH Playteam before they have a scan of that specific part of their body.

MOTIVATION: A visual and interactive way for students and patients to gain a better perspective of the different anatomies of the human body. Surgeons can also use these AR projects for surgical planning, and during surgery
